Severe bottle stink : incredible, intense, unpleasant, sulphuruous (dogxxxx) and chocolate nose, gradually blew off over about an hour. Underneath is a weighty, still youthful, wine with lingering floral meat aromas and packed with rich mulberry fruit and firmly structured in the mouth. Round, full, smooth and with good length. – Tasted 1/1/2003.
