- Pink color – Ver pale, ballet-tights pink. Aromas of under-ripe strawberries, chalk, and melon. Flavors echo the aromas, though the chalk turns more to limestone. Very dry, savoury, and delicious. (90 pts.) – Tasted 7/4/2011.
(92 pts.) – Tasted 7/3/2011.
- Light gold color with small pearls. It’s balanced with a medium body. Round texture – Wish I had more–much more of this. Best under $35 Champagne I have ever had. An oddly harmonious blend of toast, citrus, acidity and a rasping yet tiny bead combine into a surprisingly delightful wine. Nice chalky note emerges in the aftertaste. (91 pts.) – Tasted 7/2/2011.
(89 pts.) – Tasted 7/1/2011.
Quite good and balanced after an hour of air. No hurry. (91 pts.) – Tasted 6/30/2011.
- It’s balanced with a full body with a long finish. (93 pts.) – Tasted 6/29/2011.
Not too complicated wine. Straight forward. A bit cooked to my taste and not many tannins to help out. (89 pts.) – Tasted 6/28/2011.
Very good beaujolais, Classic gamay nose, nice black fruit and the slightest hint of bubble gum on the palate, along with a surprising amount of tannins. Would buy again in a hear beat! (90 pts.) – Tasted 6/27/2011.
- Pink color and aromas of strawberry and has flavours of cherry and strawberry with a medium body with a medium finish. – Tasted 6/26/2011.
